He or She bring success, prosperity for many, organization and the country.He or She creates successful career path for many. He or She shows the right way.At this point in time do we have such Suang Lotud leaders? And if not, now is the time to groom the present leaders and the youth to be true leaders.
Effective communication is required at various bureaus,sub-committees and it's members for successful working of the LOTUD as an organization.Communication is one of the basic functions of management in any organization and it's importance can hardly be overemphasized.It is a process of transmitting information, ideas, thoughts, opinions and plans between various groups of organization.

However, good and effective communication is required not only for good human relations but also for good and successful organization.Communication is also a basic tool for motivation which can improve of the members in LOTUD. Inappropriate of faulty communication among 'AJK', AJK and members is the major cause of conflict and low morale.
A true champion is not one that has won many honours on a battle field, not one that crushes his enemies through might. A true champion is one that gives his people an identity, a purpose to strive harder and a sense of self-belief.
